🔥 PHASE 1: Loosen the Load (Day 1–2)

This is the stage where we wake your gut up and tell your body, “It’s time to let go.”

Bedtime Colon Flush Tea:

Steep the following for 10–15 minutes:

• 1 tsp senna leaf (activates movement)

• 1 tsp licorice root (protects your adrenals)

• 1 tsp fennel or ginger (eases discomfort)

• Optional: cascara sagrada or peppermint (for more release)

Drink before bed—you’ll likely have a deep release by morning. If you’re sensitive to stimulants like senna, swap it for slippery elm and marshmallow root.

Drink:

• Lemon water throughout the day

• Coconut water or sea salt water (1 pinch in 16 oz)

• Optional: chlorophyll drops or wheatgrass
